This policy describes EZ Bounce Games and its narration service for supported apps, including Android, iPhone, iPad, Mac, and the embedded games on the web, provided by EZ Bounce / EZ Party Rentals LLC. It does not describe the separate rental services or parent contact forms.
Games and information on your device
The app is free, with no required account, ads, in-app purchases, or embedded analytics tools. An optional child's nickname, chosen age group, stars, stickers, game progress, and settings are stored locally on the device. These details are not sent in standard approved-dialogue requests. An optional parent-enabled spoken nickname is described separately below. A child can skip the nickname and play. Our online voice service keeps the operational records described below.
Bouncer's voice
Some Bouncer recordings are included with the app and play offline. For other approved game dialogue, the app may contact our online voice service, hosted by Cloudflare, which uses ElevenLabs to provide Bouncer's voice.
A narration request contains an approved dialogue identifier and, where a supported question template needs them, numeric question values. The service uses these to select or produce the approved spoken game text. These requests do not send arbitrary user-entered text, names, saved progress, or microphone recordings. The app does not record the user's voice. Downloaded voice clips may be cached on the device for reuse.
When a shared recording is unavailable, our service sends the approved game text to ElevenLabs to generate speech. It does not forward the player's IP address, browser or device request headers, or cookies to ElevenLabs. ElevenLabs receives the connection from our service and may retain submitted text, generated audio, and operational records under its service settings and Privacy Policy.
Optional spoken nickname
A saved nickname stays on the device by default. Where the parent area offers spoken names, a grown-up may separately enable this feature after reading its explanation. Only then does the app send the saved nickname, a fixed greeting choice, and the permission flag to our Cloudflare service. The service sends the resulting short greeting to ElevenLabs to produce Bouncer's voice. This feature is not needed to play; use a nickname rather than a full name if you enable it.
Nickname greetings are not written to our service database, shared audio bucket, or application logs. Returned audio is marked no-store and kept in app memory for the current session. Cloudflare and ElevenLabs may process or retain connection information, submitted text, generated audio, and operational records under their own service settings and privacy policies described here. We do not promise that switching the feature off deletes provider records.
A grown-up can turn spoken names off in the name editor. Changing the saved nickname also clears the previous permission and in-memory clips. These controls do not erase stars or progress.
Online service records
Our narration service stores shared generated recordings and operational records with Cloudflare. The records include generation status and timestamps, service-wide counts of requests for uncached dialogue, and voice-credit totals. These application records use dialogue identifiers or time periods rather than player names, accounts, or device identifiers. They support narration delivery, availability, and limits on service use.
The service code has no automatic deletion schedule for shared recordings, generation records, or credit totals. For standard game dialogue, it removes request counters older than two hours after a successful new recording is generated; because cleanup depends on that event, some counters can remain longer. Optional nickname requests have separate service-wide counts by minute. These counts contain no nicknames and currently have no automatic deletion schedule.
Cloudflare also maintains aggregate Workers metrics, such as request and error counts and CPU and wall-time measurements, for up to three months, as described in its Workers metrics documentation. These support service availability and performance.
We have disabled Cloudflare Workers Logs and Logpush for the narration service. This does not prevent Cloudflare from processing connection information or maintaining its own network and security records. Cloudflare's Privacy Policy describes processing that may include IP addresses, traffic information, service statistics, and security information. Its retention depends on the purpose of the information and applicable obligations; we do not promise a single deletion period for all infrastructure records.
Erasing local app progress does not erase server or provider records.
Your choices
In the parent area, a grown-up can change the nickname and erase saved app progress. This removes the local nickname, age selection, stars, stickers, and progress and settings for the main games. Edmund Arcade high scores and sound settings, and downloaded narration clips, remain on the device. Erasure cannot be undone.
Games and included recordings work offline. Optional device voice backup uses your device's speech engine for game instructions when a Bouncer recording is unavailable. Its availability and processing depend on the device provider and installed language data. It uses a different voice and can be enabled or disabled in the parent area.
Optional parent website and support
Parent signup is optional and opens ezbouncehouse.com/games in an external browser. App progress and the child's nickname are not attached to that link. The website may collect adult contact details that a parent chooses to submit and operates under separate data practices. Please do not submit children's contact details.
For support, privacy questions, or a request concerning information you have provided, a parent or guardian can call or text (516) 226-2316. Contacting us by phone or text shares your number and whatever information you choose to provide; please avoid sending children's personal information. Local app erasure does not delete a separate website or support record.
Updates
We may update this policy when the app's features or data practices change. The effective date appears above.
